Artist in Residency – CHASING THE MUSES
Johnny, also known by his alias IHAVEROBOTS, is t the helm of a groundbreaking project that merges the realms of artificial intelligence and storytelling education. His endeavor focuses on repurposing a sophisticated AI model originally developed in Dialogflow, part of Google's G-cloud AI suite, to create an array of domain-specific knowledge agents.
These agents are inspired by the Muses, embodying various facets of creativity and inspiration essential to narrative design. Johnny's vision is to harness these AI-driven Muses to offer specialized instruction and guidance in story world-building.
This innovative approach aims to deepen the understanding and mastery of narrative construction, making it accessible and engaging through AI technology. T
he project is meticulously organized, with a detailed spreadsheet that categorizes each Muse's unique attributes and roles, laying the foundation for a unique educational experience at the intersection of AI and creative storytelling.
An innovative AI art residency program led by John Anthony Hartman, an accomplished digital artist known as IHAVEROBOTS. John is a pioneer, merging the intricate worlds of artificial intelligence with the nuanced art of storytelling in VR and the Metaverse. Throughout January, John will conduct a series of interactive workshops called “Building AI Companions,” which explore using AI tools to enhance storytelling.
The workshops will take place on the MØTLEYKRÜG Media Discord server. Participants will learn to develop “AI Muses” to assist in creative work. They will experiment with real-time collaborative storytelling and explore how AI can boost human creativity.
