Proposal: Launching ED+AI as a Subgroup in the BC+AI Ecosystem: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jaxsHDjcAb4dZpka9beEq5PCEtpRtOyL/edit
An insurgent node within the BC+AI ecosystem
Education has been background noise in the AI conversation. ED+AI turns up the volume.
We’re not here to decorate classrooms with chatbot glitter. We’re here to rewire how intelligence and learning intersect—on our terms, with our values, at our pace.
ED+AI is a new subnetwork inside the BC+AI ecosystem. It’s a civic lab. A co-design collective. A tactical pause in a world obsessed with acceleration. This is where educators meet technologists, researchers meet artists, and pedagogy meets machine intelligence—with critical imagination as the guide.
AI is already rewriting how we assess, teach, and “measure” learning. But most educators weren’t invited to the table—they were handed a manual, not a voice.
ED+AI centers educators not as consumers of AI hype, but as architects of post-industrial learning systems. This isn’t about efficiency. It’s about wisdom. Culture. Equity. Human capacity.
Not a brand. Not a platform.
A living, evolving community of practice and inquiry.
